Include a check for the first year’s membership dues – annual dues of $570.00 include 3-in-1 membership: the Vikingland Builders Association ($177), Builders Association of Minnesota ($230), and National Association of Home Builders ($198).
This comes out to about $1.36 a day! And 85% of your dues is tax deductible as ordinary business expense. Our office has the taxable information available upon request.
